Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undrilled items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that drilled or modified balls are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive an RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the original shipping label is covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
